Send us a Text Message. Greetings Divine Ones! Welome to my rainforest garden. I am your host and guide, Mea Ananda, coming to you from the rainforest of Hawaii Island. Well the energy this week has been all over the place. Things seeming to explore even my docile hospice patients state as being 'combative and unusual'. I had my own encounter today with an irate individual whose buttons clearly had been pushed. What's going on? A few things....one, we have been steadily moving away from the patriarchal fear based energy that has been holding reign for several thousand years. We are Rising...Lightworkers joining, Love and Compassion slowly taking hold...and that which enjoyed the shadows, that which was hidden underneath the proverbial carpet can no longer reside in the dark. It is as if a giant carpet has been ripped off and the ugliness left underneath shown to light. And that, dear hearts, is pushing buttons big time. As we move away from the eclipse, the Universal line in the sand separating old and new, we move forward into the new...but you can't take New steps carrying old luggage. So the Universe is telling you..let that sh** go! Don't overthink. In fact don't think at all! Just let it go and move one. Lightworkers you got stuff to do! So get do it! :-) On that note, the Universe is prodding me to begin a Healing Circle where we can come together to focus Light and Love energy on people and situations that need healing. Very raw and real moments of this existence we call life. it is no easy feat to watch your life partner fade from this world, body riddled with disease knowing there is nothing you can do to stop it. This moon energy is shining light exactly where you don't want it to. What is hidden under your carpet dear one?? What have you placed there in the box 'untouchable' so that the world does not know your little secrets? This moon is shining full on those aspects of ourselves that we rather keep hidden. But don't despair! It's a gift from the Universe saying it is time to bring the two halves into union. Send us a Text Message. I (sort of) remember the first 6 months of my own grieving journey. Honestly it was a fog. Such dramatic upheaval that occurred literally overnight slammed straight into me and left me reeling. I was a walking zombie acting on autopilot with no compass. I somehow cooked meals to offer my daughter, but remember picking at them at best. I survived on protein shakes and potato chips. I barely felt like I was surviving. Not exactly nourishing, but who is thinking of nourishing themselves after devastating news? No one is the answer! Which is why I feel so called to offer nourishment for those that are unable to offer it to themselves. During times of high stress and disruption our bodes crave more than a simple meal, they need to be replenished with high prana life-force choices. Our root chakra is effected in so many ways, our sense of stability, security, all threatened after sudden loss. In this episode we discuss nourishing ourselves during difficult times whether that be after the loss of someone dear or simply the loss of our own path making choices that suit our grieving lifestyle. Send us a Text Message. The words letting go can instill such dramatic reactions in those who have recently lost someone. They can be triggers, pushing our deep buttons and freezing us in place. Yet for those of us in grief, letting go becomes the foundation of a life long process. 'Who am I?' now that my loved one has passed. 'What do I do with the possessions left behind?' 'What will I become now that I am no longer spouse/mother/child/friend? In All Good Grief we understand that everyone's process is unique to their journey. There is no time frame for grief just as there is no timeframe for shedding personal objects. There are suggestions that I can offer to move you along your path, but there are no shoulds, musts, or need tos. It is the forging of your personal connection to your inner wisdom that motivates and guides you to shed, let go and make choices on what is right for you in that moment. A person before me who has been told that they now have an expiration date stamped on their forehead. An illness - terminal - they've been told. It is a life disrupted - derailed. What to do? Working with individuals either with terminal illness or lost in the waters of grief, my intent is to reconnect them to their divine purpose. "What makes you smiles?" I will ask. "Where have you found peace and joy in this world?" When something so permanent derails us from our current path of life, we stop, frozen in time. All action, all creating ceases as the event takes over, whether it be terminal illness or grief from loss, it stops us and takes us on a different pathway than one intended. Yet whatever the individual scenario, all humans thrive when we connect to Purpose. We are, in fact, here for a divinely gifted purpose.
