1- the Geographical location of the writer (Island of Patmos) where John was when he recorded the book.
2- the time(Date/day) in which he received the things he wrote about (which was the day of the Lord)
3- the reason behind the vision which was to send the letter he wrote unto 7 Churches in Asia.
