'Spurs Are Alive • Wolves 0-1 Tottenham Hotspur • Post-Match Analysis Podcast'
4/25/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Broadcaster Russ Williams, Jason McGovern and Marlon as our first Premier League win of 2026 arrived at Molineux on Saturday thanks to Joao Palhinha’s late goal. The panel discuss what a huge goal it might prove to be in our fight against relegation. The midfielder stepped off the bench to convert from close range with eight minutes remaining to score the only goal of a tense and scrappy game against Wolverhampton Wanderers and give us a massive confidence boost ahead of our remaining four matches. We also reflect on a stunning last-gasp save from Antonin Kinsky to keep out Joao Gomes’ free-kick in the dying seconds to ensure victory – one that was so important considering all the teams above us all won as well. It means we remain third from bottom, but this could be the start of our revival. We finally reflect on the concerning injuries to both Dominic Solanke and Xavi Simons and the consistent pattern of injuries we seem to be occurring in addition to touching on the refereeing decisions happening both during our games and elsewhere. 'All On Wolves'
4/24/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Jonathan Hammé, Gary Ward and TJ Ramini as we discuss the do or die for Tottenham in their battle to stay in the Premier League, and they have another must-win game on their hands this weekend when they take on Wolves. We discuss the sheer size of the game and task at hand for Tottenham, the team news in which Roberto De Zerbi confirmed Spurs will be without Destiny Udogie, Guglielmo Vicario and Pape Matar Sarr for Saturday’s game against Wolverhampton Wanderers. Head coach Roberto De Zerbi also confirmed that James Maddison will be included in the squad but is unlikely to feature. The panel also discussed the news that Sebastian Kehl is now the leading candidate for a role as Tottenham’s new director. Spurs’ board want him to rebuild the team alongside Johan Lange. Kehl’s career as a top player, his management skills and his extensive international network are highly valued within the club and during the conversations. We also touch-upon the news that Marcos Senesi have reached an agreement in principle. With the 28-year old top centre-back giving his commitment to join Spurs on a free transfer in the summer, if Tottenham stay in the Premier League. We finally close on the scale of the game at Molineux and how nothing but a win will do for Spurs in their battle to retain their Premier League status. 'Spurs Still Alive'
4/21/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Actor Darren Hart, Musician Jah Wobble and Jamie Brown from The Daily Hotspur as we reflect on West Ham drawing 0-0 to Crystal Palace to go two points ahead of Tottenham in the battle to stay in the Premier League. Wolves have been relegated to the Championship after eight seasons in the Premier League, ahead of their fixture with Spurs at the Molineux on the weekend. Many viewed West Ham’s opportunity as the chance to smash a first nail in Tottenham’s coffin, but instead they let the hammer slip through their fingers like sand, the panel debate whether West Ham’s dropped points has given Spurs fresh impetus in the battle to survive relegation. West Ham have still got Everton, Brentford, Arsenal, Newcastle, and Leeds, a run-in which Opta say is one of the toughest in the division, we look at all the relegation contenders final run-in and ask the question can Roberto De Zerbi compete the great escape for Spurs. 'Needing Favours From Others'
4/20/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Jason McGovern, George Achillea and Billie T as we go into a fresh week where Nottingham Forest beat Burnley to move five points clear of Tottenham. Aston Villa also beat Sunderland 4-3 so they can mathematically secure Champions League before playing Spurs, with Europa League semi-final ties days before + after game. We reflect on a wider length of where that Wolves result leaves us, if there is anyway we can survive and how Wolves away on Saturday can leave no room for error in a game that three points is an absolute must and needing favours from teams elsewhere to survive the drop. 'Seagulls Break Spurs Hearts • Tottenham Hotspur 2-2 Brighton & Hove Albion • Post-Match Analysis Podcast'
4/18/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Broadcaster Russ Williams, Luke and Marlon as Tottenham Hotspur’s Premier League survival hopes were hit by a crushing 95th-minute Georginio Rutter equaliser as in-form Brighton left Spurs languishing in the relegation zone by grabbing a 2-2 draw. In what was Roberto De Zerbi’s first home game in charge as our Head Coach – coincidentally against his former side – we took a 2-1 lead into the final stages thanks to a truly stunning Xavi Simons curler in the 77th minute and looked to be holding on until Georginio Rutter smashed home from just inside the area to snatch away the win. Spurs will now spend another week in the bottom three as we discuss where the result leaves Spurs in our battle to retain our Premier League status along with whether Xavi Simons can potentially provide the critical spark in keeping Spurs in the division. Simons' goal had looked like it would be the turning point in Spurs' battle for Premier League survival. A moment of wild celebration to launch from. Instead, their failure to get over the line and win has amplified the feeling this team is only going one way, as we reflect the continued individual errors that plagued our season, meaning that a win at Premier League bottom club Wolves next weekend is now essential. 'Romero's Season Over With Spurs!'
4/14/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Jason McGovern, Darren Hart and Gary Ward as we reflect on Roberto De Zerbi knowing what the Tottenham Hotspur experience is all about after a crazy first week in charge. The Italian only took the helm last week yet within days Spurs fell into the bottom three without a ball being kicked, that was just after losing Mohammed Kudus for the rest of the campaign due to a set-back in his rehabilitation through injury. De Zerbi then lost his first game at Sunderland with Nordi Mukiele's deflected effort deciding the encounter and Cristian Romero injuring medial collateral ligament meaning he will miss the remainder of the season. We discuss where we are in the battle for survival as Spurs remain two points behind in-form West Ham United. Three behind Nottingham Forest. And desperately in need of a league win — something they have not achieved since December. Tottenham Hotspur defender Cristian Romero will miss five to eight weeks with a knee injury, meaning he will miss the remainder of the season for Spurs. However, the 27-year-old’s World Cup dream very much remains alive, and he will have time to get fit to start for Argentina. We debate if he has already played his last game in a Spurs shirt. We close on being united around the fact that the Brighton home game has become similar to our most recent Premier League home matches, one of the most important in our modern-day history in our battle to retain our Premier League status. Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Compère Richard Cracknell, Broadcaster Marcus Buckland and Billie T as Roberto de Zerbi’s first game in charge ended in defeat at Sunderland as we fell to a seventh loss in eight league games. Appointed two weeks ago following the departure of Igor Tudor, the Italian was unable to change our immediate fortunes as he made his debut as our Head Coach, seeing his new side go down to a narrow 1-0 reverse thanks to a heavily deflected goal from Nordi Mukiele just after the hour mark. We discuss De Zerbi’s team selection and tactical decisions taken in the game and what he would have learnt ahead of a reunion against his former side Brighton next week. The panel also debate with only six games remaining and Spurs’ Premier League survival hopes no longer in their hands, whether the players can mentally cope under the pressure and drag us out of this relegation battle as we sit, 18th in the table. Two points below West Ham United in 17th and three points below Nottingham Forest in 16th position. All three teams have six games left to play. We also touch-upon the refeering display from Rob Jones as Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven and Pedro Porro were all cautioned by referee Jones in the first-half, meanwhile Brian Brobbey, who swung an arm in the direction of Pedro Porro during a tussle and pushed Cristian Romero into Antonín Kinský which resulted in the keeper having to wear a head bandage for the remainder of the game and Romero in tears as he came off with a suspected medial collateral ligament (MCL) injury, remained on the field unpunished. 'Psychologically Dealing With A Relegation Battle'
4/12/2026
Host Ricky Sacks and co-host Billie T are joined by former Tottenham Hotspur player and Football Advisor Ramon Vega in this feature edition of the show, as Ramon offers us his first-hand experiences of psychologically what it is like for a player having to cope in the midst of a relegation battle to draw comparisons to what the current crop of players would be going through this season at Spurs. We discuss the decision-making that has led to Spurs being in the position they are in this season, as Ramon offers us his own personal insight on what he has made overall of the turbulent nature of the overall campaign, and whether the players can now solely find a way mentally to pull Tottenham out of the difficult position they find themselves in, under the remaining 7 games with Roberto De Zerbi installed as the third head-coach of the season. 'De Zerbi's First Presser • Kudus Season Over • Robertson Pole-Position • Trafford Fee Set • Sunderland Preview'
4/11/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by David Harris, Ian Lubin and TJ Ramini as the third managerial era of the 2025/26 Tottenham Hotspur season is about to commence, as Roberto De Zerbi makes his second Premier League debut on Sunday, away to Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
We discuss Roberto De Zerbi's first pre-match press conference in which he boldly states he knows his first mission is to keep Tottenham in the Premier League but believes the club has everything to challenge for the title in the future.
We also reflect on a week which has seen Mohammed Kudus could miss the rest of the season in a major blow to new Tottenham boss Roberto De Zerbi. Kudus has been out since the start of January with a quad injury, but had begun to ease his way back into training before the international break. Kudus had not missed a single game through injury for West Ham but could potentially miss half of his first season at their north London rivals. It was hoped he would be in contention to face Sunderland this weekend in De Zerbi’s first game in charge. However, Spurs have confirmed that Kudus could be set to undergo surgery, ruling him out of Spurs’ final seven games of the season and casting his World Cup hopes with Ghana into doubt. We debate the icompetence shown by current Sporting Director Johan Lange in which Spurs had the chance to reinforce their squad in the January transfer window, despite the difficulties involved in that market, but only brought through the door a midfielder in Conor Gallagher and 19-year-old left-back Souza, while selling last season's top scorer Brennan Johnson just days before Kudus first suffered his serious quad injury.
Unfortunately, of the long-term players out when Lange made those comments ahead of the trip to face Manchester United in early February, Kudus, James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski, Rodrigo Bentancur and Ben Davies all remain side-lined two months later and were added to a week after by Wilson Odobert. Therefore once again raising concern over the medical rehabilitation of players.
The panel also reflect news that Tottenham Hotspur are in pole position to sign Andy Robertson as a free agent this summer, subject to retaining their Premier League status and a price has been set for reported goalkeeper target James Trafford.
We finally close on our thoughts of Sunderland, given the fact that The Black Cats are running the risk of losing four straight home league games for the first time since September 2017 in the Championship, and their shoddy Stadium of Light sequence has contributed to their bottom-half ranking in the Premier League table, although they are still within touching distance of seventh-placed Brentford at the time of writing.

'De Zerbi's Rave Reviews • Vicario To Leave • James Trafford Interest'
4/7/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Jason McGovern, George Achillea and debutant Sonny Snelling as we discuss Roberto De Zerbi getting down to work on the Hotspur Way training pitches after meeting his Tottenham players for the first time last Friday. It’s been reported Spurs’ players went home with rave reviews of the 46-year-old's first day of training, one at the session telling close friends that it was "outstanding" and numerous others bringing glowing reports back about the level of the work. We also chat through the news that Inter Milan are considering a move for Tottenham Hotspur first-choice goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, with the Italian expected to leave Spurs this summer regardless of what happens to the club at the end of the season. Tottenham are understood to be monitoring James Trafford’s situation at Manchester City as they explore replacements for Vicario, we discuss whether Trafford or Verbruggen, whom new Spurs boss Roberto De Zerbi managed at Brighton, would be a better fit for the Club provided they retain their Premier League status. We also wrap-up the latest injury news with Mathys Tel expected to be back in time to face Sunderland and Mohammed Kudus understood to be training individually. Roberto De Zerbi will speak to the press for the first time as Tottenham Hotspur Head Coach on Friday where he will provide full clarity on Spurs’ injury list. 'Inside Roberto De Zerbi & A Tottenham Return? | Feat. Sandro'
4/3/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by co-hosts Richard Cracknell, Brendan McGerty and Tottenham Hotspur cult-hero Sandro on this exclusive interview edition of Last Word On Spurs.
Sandro joins us as he believes a destiny has been fulfilled after seeing his old boss Roberto De Zerbi appointed as our new Head Coach.
The 37-year-old ex-midfielder revealed he hoped the Italian would one day take charge in Spurs after playing under his guidance at then-Serie A side Benevento in 2018, serving as his captain during that period.
With us as a player between 2010 and 2014 and now a regular matchday hospitality host at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Sandro also cut his teeth as a coach under Roberto during the latter’s time at the helm of Brighton & Hove Albion. Sandro says he’s delighted to see one of his mentors take over at the club and believes the 46-year-old has the qualities needed to make a real impact on the squad and even revealed how a special invitation from Roberto once meant he was unable to celebrate a Spurs victory!
We finally close on whether Sandro could be part of Roberto’s coaching staff and his dream to one day manage Tottenham Hotspur.

'Tottenham Appoint Roberto De Zerbi'
3/31/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Darren Hart, Ian Lubin and Billie T as the panel react to the news that Tottenham have confirmed the appointment of Roberto De Zerbi as their new head coach, with the Italian reported to have become the third-highest paid manager in the Premier League behind Arsenal's Mikel Arteta and Manchester City's Pep Guardiola on a five-year contract. We discuss the suggestions that De Zerbi was overwhelmingly the club’s number one choice for the position, and the attraction to the Italian was based on his prior Premier League experience, his tactical acumen and the his reputation for playing attacking football. We also give our feeling to the news that De Zerbi does not have a relegation clause in his Tottenham contract and is understood to be fully committed to rebuilding Tottenham and views the position as long term project regardless of which division they are playing in. We also address the divide the appointment has caused across the fan-base, due to De Zerbi's backing of Mason Greenwood at Marseille, and furthermore with the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust having confirmed they oppose his appointment following member complaints, with certain fans threatening to boycott fixtures. Finally we close on whether having made the appointment now if this changes our mood in being able to retain our Premier League status. 'Roberto De Zerbi Looms'
3/30/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Jason McGovern, George Achillea and Billie T as we react to the news that Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on the appointment of Roberto De Zerbi, with Spurs understood to really admire his attitude, tactical quality, and connection with players. We reflect on that news that De Zerbi had told Spurs last week he wanted to wait until summer, but a lucrative long-term deal has made him open to taking the job now, a five-year contract is understood to be on offer and in the process, De Zerbi will become the third best paid manager in the Premier League behind Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta. We debate whether De Zerbi is genuinely motivated at the challenge that sits before him of keeping Tottenham in the Premier League and whether we feel anymore confident of staying up on the back of a permenant appointment being made. Finally at Tottenham Hotspur, Johan Lange and Vinai Venkatesham are in the firing line from supporters and their club is the most spectacular example of chronic leadership failings in the Premier League, we discuss whether this final role of the dice from the duo will be their last act as employees of the Club and whether there is any possible case you can make for either to stay on, given the number of poor decisions taken alone in this season. 'Tudor Leaves Spurs'
3/29/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Jason McGovern, Billie T and George Sessions via The Press Association as Igor Tudor has left his role as Tottenham Hotspur interim head coach after just 44 days and seven matches. Spurs said they have "mutually agreed" with the Croat to part ways with "immediate effect". The decision comes a week after a damaging 3-0 home defeat by fellow strugglers Nottingham Forest on 22 March - a result that left Spurs 17th in the table and only one point above the relegation places with seven games remaining. The panel discuss the Croatian's exit and react to the news that Tottenham Hotspur want to convince Roberto de Zerbi to become their new permanent head coach. De Zerbi, who is available following his exit from Marseille earlier this season, is a primary target and Spurs, prior to the official announcement of Tudor's departure, tried to ascertain whether the Italian is open to the job. The boys debate the concerns that while De Zerbi is open to becoming the club's next permanent head coach, he would prefer to wait until the end of the season when he knows whether the club are still in the Premier League. It now remains to be seen whether Tottenham renew their efforts to land former Brighton boss De Zerbi immediately following Tudor's departure. We finally close on George giving us his thoughts on what he has made of covering Spurs this season personally and whether following Tudor's exit, if there is anyway this group of players under yet another new voice can keep Spurs in the Premier League. 'Inside Spurs Ft. Martin Lipton'
3/24/2026
Host Ricky Sacks and Co-Host Jim from the Oh So Spurs Podcast are joined by Tottenham Hotspur correspondent Martin Lipton as we discuss the state of play around the football club. It's believed Igor Tudor is expected to leave Tottenham Hotspur by mutual consent, with the club set to finally move to make a change after weeks of internal discussions. There is understood to be a growing belief among some inside the club that a mutual parting of the ways with Tudor is the likeliest scenario with the 47-year-old then able to focus on family matters, we reflect on the appointment and discuss whether it was always bound for failiure. We also discuss the possible alternatives that Spurs have to turn too in the final roll of the dice, with Adi' Hutter on the market after leaving Monaco in October last year, there are also other interim options such as Marco Rose or Edin Terzic, who Tottenham were understood to have looked at before gambling on the Croatian Tudor, as we share our concerns that Spurs could also repeat the gamble of appointing yet another foreign head coach with little to no Premier League experience. Roberto De Zerbi is believed to be open to taking the permanent job, we discuss the concerns if Tottenham were to push ahead with the Italian's appointment and whether Ryan Mason, and also more experienced former Spurs coaches Chris Hughton, Harry Redknapp and Glenn Hoddle should be up for consideration at this late stage. We also reflect on the news that Sources in Germany believe Sebastien Kehl is in the frame for the vacant Spurs post to work in a multi-sporting director model following the departure of Fabio Paratici. It is claimed that Kehl was in London for a meeting last week, but it is unclear whether that was related to the Tottenham job, we discuss the timing of this story and whether this merely a distraction at this stage to the threat of imminent relegation. Finally we close on the difficult conversation of retaining our Premier League status and whether we genuinely believe that a new voice could get the much-required spark from this group of players to save the Club from plunging into the Championship. 'Shambolic Spurs Crumble! • Tottenham Hotspur 0-3 Nottingham Forest • Post-Match Analysis Podcast'
3/22/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Broadcaster Marcus Buckland, Billie T and Luke as Nottingham Forest became the latest team to come to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and comprehensively beat us in the Premier League, as Spurs fell to their 10th home defeat in the Premier League this season. In fact, their home form is the worst in the top flight this season, managing just two league wins at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium all season. Our fans lined the streets in a magnificent show of support before the game, but following Igor Jesus heading home from a corner at the end of the first half, Tottenham Hotspur failed to recover. Morgan Gibbs-White doubled the visitors' lead just after the hour and substitute Taiwo Awoniyi finished from close range late on. Igor Tudor did not undertake the post-match media duties as he has just been informed of an immediate family bereavement, we discuss where this result leaves his future and whether Spurs will look to make a managerial change during this break. We also discuss whether any manager can keep Spurs up at this point or whether it will be solely down to this group of players to find something from somewhere in order to ensure Tottenham Hotspur retain their Premier League status. 'Show Up. Sing Up. Stay Up!'
3/21/2026
Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Billie T, David Harris and Ian Lubin as we preview Tottenham Hotspur's Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest, argubaly one of the club's biggest home games in modern history in the fight to retain our top-flight status. We discuss the headline news that Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario will undergo hernia surgery after Sunday's game against Nottingham Forest, with his potential absence opening the door for Antonin Kinsky to return following his Atletico Madrid horror show. In more positive news Joao Palhinha is back in the frame after missing our last two matches following his clash of heads with Cristian Romero in the first leg of our Champions League tie with Atletico Madrid earlier this month. Igor Tudor also expects Dominic Solanke to be available after the striker missed Wednesday’s return match against Atletico at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium over a small problem. There is also hope for both James Maddison to still play a part in Spurs' season and also Mohammed Kudus to return to training after the International break. Finally this week we have seen an incredible show of unity and support from across our fanbase, driven by the clear message that we are all together, always. Supporters, players and staff have shared this rallying call ahead of Sunday’s fixture against Nottingham Forest – and this message will ring through on matchday as we create an unforgettable atmosphere for the ages.
