The Final Four is set and it's all chalk! All four 1 seeds meet in San Antonio all with great opportunities to cut down the nets. Timmy and CB begin the pod with an update on who is transferring out of Ohio State with Aaron Bradshaw and Meechie Johnson putting their names in the portal and set the table for the Final Four in San Antonio. Then at the 11:05 mark, Timmy and Rhymetime get into the coaches' portal madness with Kevin Willard dumping on Maryland to head to Villanova and then react to Buzz Williams taking the job in College Park. At 24:00, CB gets back in the booth with Rhymetime to talk about some of the moves in the transfer portal and targets of the Ohio State basketball team choosing elsewhere plus who they could be bringing in. We are on the eve of February 1st which means we are getting closer to March! Looking back at last weekend to start the show with the Kansas Jayhawks having an ALL-TIME choke job in Allen Fieldhouse in a double OT loss to Houston. UNC and Duke add another chapter their historic rivalry and we breakdown that game on Saturday night. At about 12:25, we hear from our guy Rick Pitino with his message to Big Blue Nation with John Calipari making his return to Rupp. How do we feel the Kentucky fans should welcome him back? Then at the 24:10 mark, Rhymetime hit the road to check out the Cintas Center and the electric Xavier and UConn game. He takes us into the Cintas Center with a review on the arena and what the atmosphere was like. And then to finish the show, the Ohio State basketball team is ROLLIN' and they have a battle with Illinois on Sunday. Episode 115 - Ohio State upsets Purdue and are replay reviews becoming a problem in College Basketball?

It's nearing the end of January in College Basketball and things are really heating up. Timmy Hall and Evil Bald Colin get you caught up from games from over the weekend and earlier this week. Alabama and Kentucky was awesome! At about the 10:40 mark the guys get into the situation that happened at TCU with Hunter Dickinson and other TCU players holding onto the ball for a long period of time. Bill Self wasn't a huge fan of that act from his big man. Dan Hurley is at it again, this time declaring himself as the best coach in the sport and the guys discuss if he makes a good case or not. Are replay reviews becoming a problem in the sport? The guys break that down at 24:10 and throw out some ideas to make late-game reviews better. Also, the Ohio State basketball team picked up a MASSIVE win in Mackey Arena knocking off Purdue. What was working for the Buckeyes, and can they go on a run here off this big win? And finally, at the 35-minute mark Rhymetime joins the pod to give an update on North Carolina after dropping two games in a row and what their issues are, along with a look ahead at the huge weekend slate coming up.

Evil Bald Colin is back from all his traveling, and we start by getting him caught up on what's going on in College Basketball. We hit on some impact transfers, and how the SEC is dominating the sport. At about the 11:11 minute mark, we update you on all the Ohio schools. Xavier picks up a big win against Villanova and is entering a big stretch. Dayton is starting to fall after dropping three in a row, what do they need to do to get back on track and get an auto-bid in the tournament. Then of course the Ohio State basketball team and how even with the losses, this January still feels a little different. Then at about 22:02, Timmy got a text from 10TV's Adam King. The College Basketball season is in full throttle. Teams are settling in and we're getting a good idea of what teams can win this thing in April. We start out recapping the first month of the season. Feast Week was nothing short of amazing and delivered some incredible moments in the early part of the season. At the 12:00 minute mark we get into breaking down the defending back-to-back National Champs. Dan Hurley had a "relaxing" week while UConn was taking part in the Maui Invitational. Then at 20:08, the Buckeye Hoops team hit the road for some conference play at Maryland and we talk about how disastrous of an opener to conference play it was. The season is over and UConn was dominant. There's a ton of fun conversations to have about what this mean's for UConn's status as a blue blood. I'm confused at how that is even in question. But we also start out by giving our genuine thanks to all of you fine listers for supporting this pet project of ours. We cover the game as professionals and are true fans at heart. It's cool to be both of those things at the same time. Things to watch after we discuss this UConn team, at the 16:36 mark we talk about Dan Hurley as a coach...his coaching chops and his personality. Can you believe this? In the first half of Sweet 16 games alone we saw Clemson knock off Arizona, and Alabama take down 1 seed North Carolina. Crazy. First segment we almost have a National Championship ceremony for UConn. Are we wrong? We'll still make them play it out. But my goodness they dusted SDSU. At the 10:48 mark we get into the Tar Heels' game. And Cormac Ryan kind of told us not to be critical of RJ Davis. But we might do it anyway. At the 21:58 mark we talk about how we didn't see this coming at all from Clemson, and wonder how Brad Brownell lasted at Clemson as long as he did.
