Introducing Eliza Hedley AKA The Holistic Sister! A holistic nutritionist with a head full of knowledge, Eliza is a colourful soul who has a lot to teach. She came on the podcast to talk about everyday nutrition, responsible influencing, bloating, masturbating, and everything in between. Her expansive knowledge paired with her beautiful personality, made this a very enjoyable episode to record.
