This is episode 26 of Bannocks, Bonnets and Kilts and we're recapping The Devil's Mark - episode 11 of season 1 of Outlander. In this episode, Claire and Geillis are tried as witches. Later, Jamie learns something interesting about his new bride.

In this week's episode, we introduce you to the Duke of Sandringham and Claire and Laoghaire are no longer on cordial terms, to say the least. Claire finds some interesting things out about her new friend Geillis Duncan and Jamie comes up with a plan to clear his name. *** I get Geillis' and Laoghaire's names crossed up several times, in this episode, particularly between marks 11.12 and 12.23, but you'll know who I mean.***

In this episode of Bannocks Bonnets and Kilts, we recap episode 9 of Season 1 of Outlander, How does Jamie get Claire out of the jam she's gotten into? How does he handle her disobidience that resulted in her getting into said jam? Can the couple survive the first serious challenge of their marriage so soon after the honeymoon? Also Laoghaire's back. We get to see it all from Jamie's perspective in The Reckoning.

This weeke's episodes recaps Both Sides Now, from Season 1, where we get to see how Frank has been handling Claire's disappearance and how Jamie and Claire are adjusting to married life.

It's 2018, Outlander fans, and welcome back to Bannocks, Bonnets and Kilts, the Rewatch Recap! This week, we're recapping Season 1, Episode 3, The Way Out! **Show Note: I made a coupe of errors during this episode that I wanted to correct. First of all, several times, I referred to the city where Claire and Frank honeymooned, and where the standing stones are located, as Edinburgh. It's actually Inverness. Also, at one point, I referred to Claire as having traveled back in time to the1800's....

We're rewatching and recapping season 1 of Outlander!

It's the season 3 finale episode of Outlander! Jamie has been arrested and leaves Claire to find young Ian on her own. Geilis and Claire face off over young Ian. Jamie and Claire have a final showdown against Geillis in a desperate attempt to save young Ian from certain doom. The voyage back to Scotland doesn't go as planned.

In this episode of Outlander, several old acquaintances make an appearance. Claire and Jamie get much closer to finding Young Ian as they arrive in Jamaica. Slavery really sucks, Yi Tien Cho finds a kindred spirit. Captain Leonard may get that ship to command afterall.

In this week's episode of Outlander, Claire takes on the daunting task of stopping a plague. Jamie is prevented from saving Claire and asks Fergus to do the impossible. Marsali revels herself to be quite the impressive woman. Fergus is forced to choose between love and loyalty.

In this episode of Outlander, Claire and Jamie set sail for Jamaica in search of Young Ian, but the voyage hits a snag. Fergus brings a surprise guest onboard. Yi Tien Cho aka Mr. Willoughby tells his new friends a little more about himself and what he really thinks of them.

In this episode, Claire and Jamie arrive at Lallybroch with young Ian and Jenny let's them know how she feels about seeing Claire again after all this time. Claire is in for a shock when she discovers Jamie has been keeping another wife secret. Young Ian decides to help find the treasure on Silky Island, but runs into trouble.

Claire and Jamie are back together, but now things are getting a tad complicated. A man ends up dead, Claire performs surgery, Jamie puts off a shadey government official, Young Ian becomes a man and much much more! Tune in and get the minute by minute recap here.
