The Flourish @ X Podcast is run by the Flourish @ X Student Coordinators at St. Francis Xavier University. Rebecca De Leebeeck, a second-year Arts student, and Jack Petrunick, a third-year Human Kinetics student will be the hosts. Both Jack and Rebecca will fill you in on what is going on in the constantly growing mental health community and how we as individuals can better our mental health. There will be occasional guest speakers on the podcast to help better inform listeners on how to better different aspects of their lives that could coincide with their mental health, too!
