Mariners take two from the Yankees, we are at the Virgnia Mason Athletic Center, and we've got a lot of going on. Caitlin Clark is in town and it's interesting to see the Storm game tonight take center stage. Brent Severyn, Dallas Stars Analyst joins Ian to give us a preview of the Stanley Cup Eastern Conference Finals, as well as some insight on what he thinks would work for the Kraken as they continue to search for their new head coach. Caitlin Clark has been to Seattle before, in the Elite 8. As she and the Fever take on the Storm tonight, we hear from her. She talks memories of her experience last time she was here and what she expects tonight. Ian gives his first impressions of Seahawks OTA's as we are out here at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. Alyssa Charleston, FOX 13 joins Ian to preview the Caitlin Clark extravaganza that's taking place tonight as the Storm face the Indiana Fever at Climate Pledge Arena. She expands beyond the WNBA and brings in people who haven't watched before. The Daily Power Play! Ian takes you through the latest names to come up in the Kraken coaching search, as well as a look ahead to the Stanley Cup Conference Finals. The Mariners won last night in a tremendous comeback that nobody could've seen coming. Caitlin Clark gave us a scare with an ankle roll and she certainly has a lot of pressure on her. Did you stick it out for the entire Mariners game or switch over to something else last night? Last night's Mariners game was a feat in improbability and Ian takes you through the numbers that show just how unlikely it was. Ian missed the Mariners' comeback, but that's because there was a game 7 between the Canucks and Oilers. How many people didn't see it? What's the one game you missed or left early that you wish you could get back? Joe Sheehan, The Joe Sheehan Newsletter joins the show to react to the significance of last night's Mariners win over the Yankees. He was also in person for the Baltimore series and although the Mariners 'didn't show up' for that one, he says Julio Rodriguez made the best defensive play he's ever seen in person. In addition, although Bryce Miller had a rough first inning in his start there, Joe was extremely impressed by the following five. We take a look at things out at rookie minicamp and preview the series against the Astros. Plus, are you more interested in watching the NBA playoffs or the NHL playoffs right now, considering Seattle doesn't have anyone in either? How are the vibes out at Seahawks? Well it's not a complete scrapping of the Pete Carroll atmosphere, because Carroll and John Schneider created it together. John Schneider is still here and there hasn't been some complete overhaul of the fun we've seen throughout the 14 year era. The pitching staff has a 1.35 ERA at this moment, and we are here for it. Ross Tucker, CBS Sports, Westwood One and More joins the show to give us a national look at the draft, and starts with his own experience. Ross wouldn't be surprised if the Seahawks traded down, mostly because he actually knows John Schneider and how confident he is in finding the best players for this team.
