In episode 91 we have KC back in the studio here in Charlotte, NC! He got back to Charlotte this past Friday, and we are back together once again. He was in Arizona for a while living, and decided it was best to be back here near his son. I also open up and go in depth with my past addiction with gambling. It will soon be legal here in NC. Also mention a new hotline that went live Tuesday 2/20. The hotline is a peer support line for those dealing with mental health and substance abuse.

This week we are joined by friends of the Hite Family Judd & Lisa Rupp! Judd played football at UVA. He met the love of his life, Lisa right after graduating from UVA. She was a rising Junior at Ohio State. Judd, a very in-shape individual, had a heart that was very weak. Doctors said it was nothing to worry about, but that wasn’t the case. Take a listen as Judd and Lisa discuss their journey as newly weds to later in life when he was blessed with a new heart!

This week we are joined by Carson Woodell! He is early in his sobriety and wants to share his journey with others early in recovery! He is close to celebrating one year and you can check out more of his early days in recovery on his podcast, 12 ounces of sobriety.
