Blanca Montano had a seven month old daughter, and a little boy who was reported to be "a little older," who both fell ill and were hospitalized in Tucson, Arizona in 2011. The little boy got better and was able to go home but when the seven month old began to make progress, she quickly got worse over night. Blanca's daughter suffered a number of infections (bacterial, fungal, blood infection, among others) that doctors had never seen one child have all at once. Blanca was accused of having Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy, also known as Factitious Disorder, and was making her daughter very sick on purpose for attention. Roland T. Owen checked into a hotel in Kansas City, Missouri in 1935. The staff noticed his very odd behavior but chalked it up to his drinking. Young schoolboys in Freeport, a city in Grand Bahama Island, began to go missing in 2003. Constant conspiracies emerged and it caused Bahamians to question Haitian migrants. All rumors would later be debunked when Cordell Farrington, 35-years-old at the time, came forward to turn himself in and confess to what he did. A lot of shocking details came out about not only what he did to the missing boys but his lover, too. However, the more the story unfolded, the more something sinister seemed to have happened. Shawn’s daughter, Natalia St. Louis, joins us to talk about her father and bring more awareness to his case.
