Dec. 12, 2012 - Wecht releases his opinion that Limberios' death was a homicide. May 1, 2013 - Limberios' body was exhumed for a second autopsy conducted by Dr. Cynthia Beisser, Lucas County deputy coroner. May 22, 2013 - Beisser says her autopsy findings are "not inconsistent" with suicide. Nov. 20, 2013 - After reviewing evidence presented by the Attorney General's Office, a Sandusky County grand jury determines Limberios accidentally shot himself and did not have suicidal intent. Citing precedent, Wukie says he will not change his suicide ruling. Jan. 4, 2014 - Limberios' parents dismiss their lawsuit against Wukie without prejudice, meaning they can file it again. Jan. 2, 2015 - Shannon Limberios files lawsuit against Wukie seeking to change manner of death from suicide to accidental.
