In this podcast, I discuss the difference between no-contact, low-contact, and grey rocking with a narcissist. I take a deep dive into when it's appropriate for you to go no-contact versus low-contact. I also discuss the parameters around grey rocking and why it shouldn't be used long-term unless absolutely necessary. He discussed possible higher rates of narcissism in the Black community, and also discussed the limitations of cultural norms on the assessment measure and the study.
