Tips for optimizing both your physical and mental performance when you just getting started running. What we can learn from Olympian about the common cold and some rules for you to decide whether you should run or not when you’ve come down with something. Treadmill running – is it actually different than running outside? If so, what can we do to make it more realistic! Running on a low carb diet – what you need to know! And more!
