There is residential window, cleaning, commercial window cleaning, and route window cleaning, and each one has its own price. If you haven’t looked at your pricing in a while, I’m guaranteeing you it’s a little bit low. We always need to be improving our price as we are improving our business. There’s no better time to do that than the beginning of the year. As a challenge if you’re pricing is not quite right, change that pricing so that you are bringing every new customer in at the right price and you’ll make a huge difference in your company. An avatar is who your majority Customer is. It’s not an exact representation of everybody, but who mainly buys from you. If you can speak to them directly, you’ll have the best ROI you can have. It’s like targeting Facebook ads. If you connect with the people who are looking for your service and talk to them and terms, they can understand, you are going to skyrocket your ROI. Well, this week we talk all about the age-old concept of price vs value. It's one piece to the business puzzle that hurts the most I think. People are always talking about the price, I mean, it's on a daily basis if you are on Facebook. But no one talks about value. Price just doesn't matter if you are in the ballpark. Even when that is something that you may feel is too high, you need to focus on value. When there is value you aren't focused on price.
