This episode was one that was highly requested after the Ozempic/GLP-1 podcast we did a couple episodes ago. The truth is "food noise" is the side effect of a deeper issue...this way if we get to the root of what's causing it the food noise goes away. I've been using these strategies with clients for years before the term "food noise" got trendy. In my opinion there are 6 reasons for food noise so if we get to the bottom of each the food noise itself will go away.
