Ralph DeQuebec is a Marine Veteran and Paralympic Gold Medalist for Team USA Ice Hockey. During combat, Ralph suffered critical injuries from an IED blast and lost both of his legs. Ralph was awarded a Purple Heart and is now the Captain of Colorado Warrior Avalanche and training for the 2022 Paralympic Games in Beijing. Jose Lugo, former LA gang member, joins Bridget to share his story. While in prison, Jose made a promise to never go back to gang related activities.
