Musician, DJ and producer, Danny Briottet was founder member of Renegade Soundwave, UK electronic music pioneers at the forefront of the original dance/electronica explosion of the late 80s/ 90s with seminal tracks such as The Phantom, Women Respond To Bass and Probably A Robbery. RSW are name-checked as a primary influence on artists such as The Prodigy and the Chemical Brothers, whist their seminal 1988 release Ozone Breakdown is often cited as the first Jungle tune. Danny’s production and remix credits include Depeche Mode, Cypress Hill, Aswad, Radiohead, Grace Jones, Moby and Orbital, together with a wealth of World Music artists such as Esma Redzepova (Macedonian Queen of Gypsies), Amina Anabi (Tunisia) and Cheick Tidiane (Mali). He was one of the founders of Rez Rocket a piece software that allowed musicians to collaborate in real time over the internet and also been a member of highly influential dub/reggae/techno pioneers Dreadzone with his friend Greg Roberts. He’s also one half of My Riot alongside Roy Kerr. Gareth has always found inspiration in recorded music and has dedicated himself to the form. After initial training at the BBC in the late 70s He started this journey at Pathway Studios in London and helped build the Garden studio in Shoreditch. In the early 80s he moved to Berlin for 10 years and worked at the legendary Hansa studios. His work goes all the way back to 1980 and includes artists such as Fad Gadget, Depeche Mode, Wire, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and Erasure. More recently he’s worked with Stubbleman, The Leisure Society, Spiritual Friendship and Yann Teirsen. Catherine first moved to London in 2005 to train as an assistant engineer under Flood at Assault and Battery studios in London. In 2009 Catherine began working alongside the Brit Award-Winning producer and mixer Alan Moulder, where she worked on projects including Interpol, Foals, Death Cab for Cutie, Killers, Ronnie Vannuci and Blonde Redhead. Catherine won the 2016 MPG Award as Breakthrough Producer of The Year and in 2018 Catherine won the award for MPG Producer of the Year.
