Hey Diners! We are popping in to say hi and to give you a quick little update. We are still settling into the new year, but Queer As Folk is never too far from our minds.

Hello Diners! We are so excited to share part of E'Shel's interview with Ron Cowen and Daniel Lipman, the showrunners behind Queer As Folk. The conversation touches a bit on character backstories, found-family dynamics, and the social and political setting of the time.

Hey Diners! We are back with a few questions we pulled from the mailbag. We will definitely have to revisit a few of these after a refresher course. Keep sending us your questions and keep the PRIDE energy going all year long!

This episode ain't for everybody!! And before we get into it, we want to be clear, the issue is with our expectations NOT the material! We finally saw the first episode of the original Queer As Folk (aka the UK version). It was cute. We had some questions. We'll try again.

In a departure from our usual programming, E'Shel is celebrating the women of Queer As Folk! This episode briefly covers some lessons learned from the women, some baseless backstories and some fun questions at the end. These actresses were incredible and we wanted to take a minute to dish about the characters they brought to life.

We had such a great time dishing with Michelle Clunie! We wanted to give her all the flowers she deserves for her portrayal of the iconic and historic Melanie Marcus on Queer As Folk. We are tackling the Series Finale of Queer As Folk in bite-sized pieces. In this episode, Michael gets to be the face of everything he has championed, but no longer seems onboard with the mantra of the Land of The Clones. Ted gets a closeup on a different side of Tad. Melanie and Lindsay are packing boxes and leaving some (unsolicited) advice for their friends. Justin, Michael, Lindsay, Ken, and E'Shel are getting a little worried about Brian. The thumpa thumpa continues on the next episode!

It was only fair to make Ken watch the finale on his own, and then to immediately force him to verbalize his thoughts and emotions into a microphone. We felt like it was important for him to unload and record his initial response before we did a deep dive into 5x13. So here's Ken - uncensored! E'Shel tried her best to be quiet.
