How Growing Up Fat Led Me Here!

Take this Harvard Implicit Attitude Test on weight bias to recognize how we are all bias regardless of if we want to admit it or not. To be completely transparent, my results showed that I had a slightly preference towards thin bodies than overweight bodies. And honestly that does't surprise me! I have some internalized fatphobic ideas that society has instilled in me, but that's the point of this podcast. And yes.... fat people can still be fatphobic!
