Adam Davids is a proud Aboriginal man and leader who spent four months in the United States in 2019 on a Fulbright scholarship. Adam's research into programs that have delivered sustained benefits for minority groups identified six attributes. Adam shares these attributes and how the research expanded his own thinking about social, political and economic justice. We cover a lot of things including wealth disparity, systemic racism, and diversity and inclusion. Adam also talks about what reconciliation means for him and shares his own family's experiences and how he chooses to put his energy into developing the future indigenous leaders - who, he is sure, will start to solve these wicked problems.
