About Prof. Dr Jonathan Passmore Jonathan is Senior Vice-President, CoachHub and a professor at Henley Business School, as well as a global thought leader in behavioural change, listed in the Thinkers 50 and Global Gurus lists. He is a chartered psychologist, holds five degrees including an MBA and doctorate in psychology. He is an accredited coach with the ICF and EMCC, as well as holding qualifications in team coach and coach supervision. He has published widely and contributed over 30 books and nearly 200 scientific papers and book chapters to the field, making him one of the most published coaches in the world. His recent books include: ‘Becoming a Coach: The Essential ICF Guide’ (2020), ‘The Coaches Handbook’ (2021) and ‘CoachMe: Your Personal Board of Directors’ (2022). Over the past two decades Jonathan has worked as an executive coach, consultant and educator with hundreds of leaders and managers, from senior politicians to board directors helping them become the best version of themselves. Julia Menaul started her career in retail management in 1984 after a Biology/Psychology degree. In 1991 she followed her passion for people development and was a training manager for 10 years in the private, public and charity sectors. Julia is an Accredited Master Executive Coach (Association for Coaching) and has 2000 hours coaching experience and 1500 supervision hours logged. She has coaching supervision qualifications from the Bath Consultancy Group and the Coaching Supervision Academy. She has been running her own coaching practice since 2001 and supervises many independent coaches (1 -1, group, virtual) as well as internal coaching pools in larger organisations such as the NHS and the Prison Service. Julia is a member of both the British Psychological Society and the EMCC. She is an ex-Board Director for the Association of Coaching Supervisors and has been supervising other supervisors since 2010. David Rothauser is a psychoanalyst, executive coach and coach supervisor who has worked in leadership and human development for over 20 years. He maintains a psychoanalytic practice, facilitates ongoing supervision groups for coaches and engages senior leaders and their teams in reflective practice and developmental transformation. David has coached in a range of industries, including entertainment, PE- and VC-backed tech startups, data analytics, the space industry, cyber security, real estate, healthcare, and education. David trained in coaching supervision at Oxford Brookes University, executive coaching at Columbia University, psychodynamic group leadership at the Center for Group Studies, and psychoanalysis at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies. Dr. Damian Goldvarg has thirty years of experience in leadership development, working with individuals and organizations in over sixty countries. He is a Master Certified Coach and received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant University. Guthrie Sayen, PhD, PCC, helps coaches heal and awaken so that they can facilitate healing and awakening in others. He created and leads Coaching with Spirit Fundamentals, a comprehensive coach training accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Coaching with Spirit & IFS, an immersive program in Internal Family Systems, for which the ICF has approved 40 CCEs. Tatiana Bachkirova is Professor of Coaching Psychology and Co-Director of the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies at Oxford Brookes University, UK http://www.brookes.ac.uk/iccams/. Her work in academia mainly involves supervising doctoral students, teaching coaching supervisors and academic writing. As a practitioner she supports coaches through individual and group supervision. Charmaine Roche, an Association for Coaching (AC) accredited executive coach and trained supervisor who has been working in the field for over 20 years and offers critically developmental, reflective spaces as a coach and supervisor.
