After an exciting morning which nearly saw Made to Run flooded due to someone leaving a water tap running in the flats above, luckily guest Hughie Kilbane was on hand to do a bit of plumbing work and save the shop. There followed a great sit down and an interesting discussion with Hughie all about his running and how it fits into his life from a mental destresser to a training tool for his boxing and MMA fights and more.

This week on the Two Men on the Run podcast the men are joined by Louis Leung the man who's been putting Jon-Jo through his paces, from lactate testing to VO2 Max test and rigid nutrition guides, but has Jon-Jo been sticking to them? Louis is a current MSc Sport Nutrition Student at Liverpool John Moores University.
