I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast Andy from Gravity Well Brewing Co. based in Tottenham in North London. Gravity Well was launched in 2018 and they have built a reputation for brewing some of the UK's best New England Pales and IPAs.

I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast Aidan from Dancing Man Brewery based in Southampton. Dancing Man was launched in 2015 by Aidan in the wonderful Grade-1 listed 14th Century Wool House on the banks of the River Itchen in Central Southampton.

I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast, Alex from The Hive Craft Beer and Coffee Shop based in Crowthorne, Berkshire. Alex and Emma opened The Hive in 2020, and it quickly established a reputation as arguably the best-stocked and all-around nicest Bottleshop and Taproom in the Thames Valley.

I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast Steve from Eight Arch Brewing Co based in Wimborne in Dorset. Eight Arch was formed to return brewing to Wimborne after a gap of almost 80 years, with a focus on hop-forward Pales and IPAs, and dark & roasty stouts.

I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast Stephen from Lacada Brewery based in Portrush on the North Coast of Ireland. Lacada is a community owned co-operative brewery launched in 2014, and has its origins in a love of beer and brewing, a love of place, and a love of people.

I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast Jonny from Northdown Brewery based in Margate. Northdown was launched in 2018, with a focus on big, hazy hop hitters, as well as classic ales for keg and cask.

I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast, Adam and Jo from Neckstamper Brewing based in Leyton, Northeast London. Adam founded Neckstamper in 2016, after a varied early career encompassing both Formula One and Banking, whilst Jo brewed at Sambrooks, Hackney and Beavertown prior to joining Neckstamper in 2021.

I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast, Ant and Ant from The Butchers Hook Micropub based in Southampton. The Butchers Hook first started pouring draft Craft Beer in 2014, and I was thrilled to record in person with the guys, just an hour before they throw open the doors for their tenth birthday party celebration weekend!

I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast, Chris from Modest Beer based in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Chris started out as a homebrewer, and was inspired to launch Modest Beer in 2019, following the success of a Kolsch-style beer brewed for a friend's restaurant. Things have moved on at a pace since then, and Modest are building a great reputation throughout Northern Ireland and beyond.

I am delighted to welcome back to the podcast Jack from Anspach & Hobday on the eve of their 10th Anniversary Celebrations, for the first time since we last spoke on Episode 101 back in March 2022.

Steve and Tom opened the Escapist as a Craft Beer Bar in 2020, in a desire to create the sort of venue for Chichester that they would like to drink in. In the summer of 2022. Huw joined the Team as Head Brewer, as the Escapist officially became a brew pub!

I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast, Ben from Pressure Drop Brewing based in North London. Pressure Drop started life in 2012 in Hackney Garden Shed, and have been on a journey of Pale Fire, railway arches and daft forklift jokes, winding their way to their current home in Tottenham, which is where we are recording from today. Pressure Drop has become known for juicy New England Style beers, but they also love to produce everything from crisp lagers to rich and luxurious stouts. As long as it tastes good, they will give it a go!
