David O’Sullivan, President of P.W. Trenchless Construction Ltd., is a pioneer in Trenchless Technology. Originally from Ireland, he moved to Canada in 1978 and became manager of P. Baratta Construction by 1989. He led major HDD and Microtunneling projects, including the first HDD crossings of False Creek and the Fraser River. In 2000, he founded P.W.
