This week on the Key Figures Podcast, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Sergio Gomez Gutierrez. Sergio is currently Senior Director, Global Finance Processes and Programs with CBRE. CBRE is the global leader in commercial real estate listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Sergio discusses with me what the 3 key trends are within finance. We then move on to dive into the triangle of finance operational excellence which is based on standardize, outsource or automate. With Robotics Process Automation, also called RPA having a huge impact on repetitive financial processes, Sergio points out how to navigate the finance team through this process and still keep the talent within the company. Sergio turns out to a strong finance leader following stoicism, which makes a quite unique. I enjoyed this episode and hope you find it as insightful as I did with Sergio.

This week on the Key Figures Podcast, I am pleased to have Federico Nordenstahl join us. Federico is the CFO of Alphabet Belux, the fleet management division of the BMW Group. We discuss the important key figures and processes he focuses on as the CFO of the Belux market.
