Niall McNamee is an Irish singer-songwriter and actor known for his own passionate, thoughtful and full-blooded songs. He has starred opposite Pierce Brosnan, fought with Jackie Chan, played comic foil to Bono, and romantically duetted with Imelda May. Next up is a starring role in feature film Love Without Walls, performing his own compositions, as Niall's art and life come together. Davie Furey In Conversation with Rory and The Island

3/22/2022
Donegal singer/songwriter Rory Gallagher, who has been releasing music since 2011 under the project name Rory and the Island has had quite the 17 months since the global pandemic began. After moving his family to Edinburgh in Scotland to open a brand new live music bar in the city called "The Wildcat" in March 2020, the venue never saw it's official opening night due to Covid19 and Rory Gallagher found himself locked down in a new city and very very lost. Rory and the Island is set to release his brand new single “Call My Name” on 26 February, alongside announcing the release of his highly anticipated new album “Centre Falls Apart” - which is set for release on 11 March on new Irish indie label Voices of the Sea. Speaking of the single and the announcement of the album Rory and the Island said: "I'm so delighted and shocked that 25 years after releasing my first self funded album in Donegal at the age of 18, and then moving on through "The Revs" in the noughties that I am still able to write and release my own original songs into the public domain. I have become immune to supposed failures and rejections and I still have the exact same love for it as I did when I was 18, it's the music and the communication that matters" “Call My Name” the brand new single from Rory & The Island is out on 26 February across all digital platforms, with his highly anticipated new album “Centre Falls Apart” set for release on 11 March on new Irish indie label Voices of the Sea.

Dublin-based The Crayon Set specialise in hook-filled, alternative pop. The band was founded by main songwriter Robert Baker and the first line-up of the band released their eponymous debut album in 2013. It is filled choc-a-bloc with infectious, uptempo indie pop songs. The Irish Times described it as “as catchy as a virus”. Its follow up ‘Lost Languages’ was released in 2017. The album was in part a tribute to many of their favourite 'Americana' artists. It featured Kate Dineen on guest vocals who went on to become a full-time member of the band. Musician.ie made it their Irish album of the year. Their new album 'Downer Disco' is due out in Sept 2021. It was recorded with producer Stephen Shannon at Experimental Audio in Dublin in 2019. The release was put on hold due to Covid ’19. Davie Furey In Conversation with Tanya McCole

10/27/2021
As an artist Tanya McCole is one of the finest singer/songwriters in this isle of Ireland and beyond. These songs touch the soul in such a way that I have no doubt they will be enjoyed for many years to come. In 2018 Tanya went back to the studio with a fresh batch of songs and recorded "Because Of You". In stark contrast to "Love, Hate & The Blues”, this new album is stripped back to reveal her uniquely distinctive voice and songwriting ability. That same year she fulfilled a lifelong dream of touring with Grammy award winner John Prine.

Davie Furey In Conversation with David Keenan

10/8/2021
Irish singer-storyteller David Keenan has spent the majority of the last decade growing up on the road, drawing from primary source experiences and a vivid imagination. His forthcoming second album “WHAT THEN?” is a deft but noticeable step up from his debut, fulfilling his promise, and then some. Out 15th October 2021. Tasters of what’s to come with the album are evident in singles ‘Peter O’Toole’s Drinking Stories’, ‘Bark’, ‘Sentimental Dole’, and ‘What Then Cried Jo Soap’. Here is an artist unafraid to offer up his dealings with the human condition for all to see and hear. Sometimes self-deprecating, sometimes darkly-humoured, always intentional, you get the sense that a veil has been lifted and there's a beautiful truth about to be exposed.
