Carragher Visits the Yellow Wall, Sancho Shines, Madrid's Year? | Patreon Preview

5/3/2024
The greatest Champion's League of all time continues with some more top notch knockout games. Real Madrid looked as unstoppable as ever while Bayern also looked pretty damn good in a 2-2 draw, if only it weren't for that darn Kim Min-jae says Tuchel. Dortmund won the home leg against PSG thanks to a goal from the young as ever Füllkrug and a star performance from Jadon Sancho. Another blight on Ten Hag's man management? Jamie Carragher did some investigative journalism as he sampled the Yellow Wall and all of its many alcoholic delights. On the rest of the Ultra's only episode over on our Patreon we also cover the Europa League semi finals, Aston Villa's surprising defeat to Olympiakos in the Conference League, and a Chelsea Spurs game where Tottenham were once again lax dealing with set pieces. Salah Scorched Earth, Arsenal Survive the Derby, Golden Boy Raya, Man Utd Salary Cap Clear Out

4/30/2024
It's everyones favourite time of the season where things become MATHEMATICALLY CONFIRMED. Liverpool look officially out of the title race after a 2-2 draw with West Ham which saw yet another incredible moment of inept refereeing and a Salah and Klopp sideline bust up. Arsenal got through a North London Derby with a 3-2 win over Tottenham. But despite being 3-0 up at half time and some easy set piece goals, a combo of poor refereeing and a blunder from David Raya almost gifted the game to Spurs. An introduction of a Premier League salary cap seems to have raised some alarm bells in Manchester as Man United almost instantly put the word out that EVERYONE is for sale this summer. Liverpool Probably Lose the League, Chelsea Prove They Are Cole Palmer FC, Are Everton Stuck At This Level? | Patreon Preview

4/26/2024
It looks all but over for Liverpool as a dejected Klopp sighed after they lost to Merseyside rivals Everton for the first time in Goodison Park in 13 years. Where has it all gone wrong for Liverpool? Can Klopp really have any blame for Nunez missing 1 on 1's? Pochettino but his foot in his mouth by announcing this Arsenal game was a chance for his squad to prove they are not just 'Cole Palmer FC'...oh dear. A great win for Everton see's them all but mathematically safe from relegation this year, but are Everton doomed to play Dyche-ball in relegation battles for the rest of their days. Man United's Worst Win Ever, Nottingham Forest Explore Their Options, Antony Doesn't Get It, Pep's Passionate Plea

4/23/2024
Man United gifted us yet another fixture of madness, this time giving up a 3-0 lead to almost lose 4-3 to Coventry in the FA Cup semi final In the midst of the most embarrassing win in history, only one man was celebrating which begs the question, does Antony know who he's playing for? Man City also made their way past the FA Cup semi final, with a 1-0 victory over Chelsea after a Nicholas Jackson disaster-class. But with 120 minutes played midweek, Pep Guardiola made sure to voice his displeasure after the game. With Liverpool and Arsenal back on top of the league, things weren't so simple down at the bottom of the table as Everton won the deduction derby vs Nottingham Forest after not 1, not 2 but 3 penalty shouts at the hands of Ashley Young. Nottingham have seen enough and now they've lost their patience with the PGMOL. RATE US 5 STARS ON SPOTIFY TO HELP US UP THE CHARTS! Bernardo's Blunder, Bayern are Still Bayern, Should Arsenal Be Proud? | Patreon Preview

4/19/2024
One of the best Champions League knockout rounds in history continued to excite with upsets across the board as lowly teams like Real Madrid and Bayern Munich managed to stop the might Premier League giants. Man City were knocked out by Madrid after a particularly mad penalty shootout in a game which apparently Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland didn't want to finish? Arsenal still can't get by Bayern Munich in Europe, and while things look bleak for Arsenal this week, there are still signs of progress. Chelsea Penalty Petulance, Arsenal & Liverpool Miss Big, Cole World, Our First Race Row

4/17/2024
In a weekend which should have been dominated by Arsenal and Liverpool's slip ups, Chelsea managed to make a routine dismantling of Everton and turn it into a showcase of how much of a shambles they are as a squad. After a rapid hat trick from Cole Palmer, things were looking good, but once it was time to take a penalty to further the hammering, the Chelsea squad saw their oppurtunity to stat pad and struck! Arsenal and Liverpool had the same issues as they were unable to put the ball in the net no matter how hard they tried, if only they had a certain League Two level striker! We got in a bit of hot water after we dared speak ill of Robbie Keane's famous celebration As Leverkeusen secured a famous Bundesliga title, Cathal thinks back on some harsh words he had for one of their players, and puts together an 11 of players who left too soon. 4/9/2024

Man United's Latest Implosion, Cole Palmer's Cool As You Like, Chelsea Haven't Progressed | Patreon Preview

4/5/2024
Manchester United gifted us with yet another classic 4-3 in another back and forth game where the midfield and defending was more a suggestion than a necessity. Chelsea managed to win 4-3 after being 3-2 down in the 99th minute (!) How in the world did this happen and why didn't anyone stop Cole Palmer. Speaking of Cole, his penalty tally is now at 8 for the season and his total tally to 16, we ask is this actually more impressive than scoring 8 goals from play? Mason Mount's homecoming saw him getting booed off the pitch by the fans that he gave a large chunk of his life to. For the rest of the episode head over to our Patreon! City vs. Arsenal's Dull Display, Alonso's Not Leaving, Tonali's Troubles, Is Ten Hag's Time Up?

4/3/2024
Say it quietly, but we are approaching squeaky bum time in the Premier League. The much hyped top of the table clash between Man City and Arsenal ended up a 0-0 borefest. Much to the annoyance of Pep who took it out on Jack Grealish, and Roy Keane who took it out on Erling Haaland. The return of Harvey Barnes was good news for Newcastle as he helped them in a comeback against West Ham, but off the field things have gone from bad to worse for Sandro Tonali. A great performance from Alexis Mac Allister helped Liverpool go top with a win over Brighton. After another poor performance from Man United, is it time for Ten Hag to go? Does anyone even care anymore? And finally we check in with our favourite farce, the search for the next permanent Ireland manager. RATE US 5 STARS ON SPOTIFY TO HELP US UP THE CHARTS! Roy Keane for Ireland, Southgate to United, Cancelo Fires Back at City | Patreon Preview

3/29/2024
The international break has come to an end, and with that comes a whole slew of paper talk. John O'Shea's pals in the media and the Ireland squad have been calling for him to get the job officially after a classic 0-0 draw followed up with a 1-0 loss to Switzerland. Rumours abound that Roy Keane has met with the FAI three times over the manager role, uh oh. Speaking of rumours, England manager Gareth Southgate has been linked with the Manchester United job in one of the most nonsensical rumours to have gathered steam in a long time. Joao Cancelo hit back at some less than kind things said about him since he left Man City suddenly last year. Man United and Liverpool 4-3 Chaos, The Magic of the FA Cup, Manic Managers, The Lingard Zone

3/19/2024
The magic of the cup was in full effect over the weekend as there were comebacks, classics and chaos galore in the F.A Cup Quarter Finals. Man United and Liverpool played out an all time classic 4-3 which had a whole lot of goals, huge moments not much defending, a 120th minute winner from Amad Diallo and even a surprise goal from Antony. After the game Jurgen Klopp kicked off a theme of the weekend as he was the first manager to casually lose his head. The next manger to lose their head was Coventry's Mark Robins, who celebrated a huge upset over Wolves by celebrating directly in front of a young ball boys face, twice! Elsewhere it looks like the beginning of the end for Raheem Sterling at Chelsea while Ange Postecoglu and Mauricio Pochettino had their own mini rants to offer up. Klopp On Dean, Doku on Mac Allister, Arsenal Back on Top

3/12/2024
After a heated war of words involving Trent, Dias, Haaland, Walker, Klopp and Pep, Man City and Liverpool played out an exciting 1-1 draw full of missed chances and controversial decisions. We ask once again what exactly are the rules and consult the F.A's own rulebook to see what constitutes a 'high foot' after Doku narrowly escaped giving away a last minute penalty. Mike Dean catches some strays from an irate Jurgen Klopp. Bad news for Arsenal as they it's now all eyes on them at the top of the table with ten games to go! Slightly down the table John McGinn recieved a straight red after an INSANE challenge which ended up with Spurs easing past Aston Villa. 3/5/2024
Man United suffered yet another Manchester derby defeat as it seems to get easier for Man City every single time. In a game which saw the best and worst of Marcus Rashford Speaking of Rashford, he firmly placed himself in the news before the game with a Players Tribune piece where he re-affirmed his love for the club and told his haters, doubt him if you dare. At the top of the league Liverpool clutched victory in the 99th minute against Nottingham Forest, in a game reminicsent of a certain other last minute top of the table victory from last season. And what of Darwin Nunez who is quickly becoming a hero at the club in spite of some of his performances.
