On April 23, 2005, the badly burned body of 30 year old Tosha Lampkin was found in the trunk of a rental car. The day before Tosha was found she traveled to Louisiana from Houston, TX to visit family. But a few hours after she arrived, Tosha was abducted and murdered. On May 10, 1988 23 year old Veronica Jefferson was found dead behind a local elementary school in Arlington, VA. Veronica had been shot to death. It took 17 years for her killer to be identified.
