Why men don’t grow up

10/18/2024
Men must confront their challenges and unresolved issues to achieve personal growth and fulfillment, rather than seeking shortcuts or avoiding discomfort. Psychological Development 🧠Men's lack of growth stems from avoiding pain and suffering, seeking shortcuts to success, and unwillingness to face unpleasantness, leading to suicide, depression, anxiety, and unfulfilling relationships. 🔄Unfinished situations in men's lives, such as unresolved relationships and unsorted finances, press upon the psyche, causing insanity and mental health issues if not consciously resolved. 👤Many men today are "paper people" – flimsy, one-dimensional, and hollowed out versions of their potential selves, choosing to live unfulfilled lives rather than striving for personal growth. 🎭Men's unconscious mind contains unfinished business, like revenge desires, which need conscious resolution to prevent distorted versions of themselves from surfacing. 🔄Entitlement and hedonism have replaced religion and authority in men's lives, leading to a lack of responsibility and accountability, with many living solely for fun, enjoyment, and erotic desires.
