Parkinson's disease affects people from every country and climate and it shows no regard for the worldly wealth or honors of those it affects. That notwithstanding the impacts on quality of life, for the poor, those living in rural areas and those who face social stigma as a result of them having a disease... well for those folks it's just plain harder.
