Once we have an appreciation for ourselves, it's not a simple switch to then say, "Yes, I want to nourish my body in all these ways!" But, it does become easier and more fluid when you begin to lean back and see how everything's connected. I'm so excited to share an inspiring conversation with my past client & dear friend Michele Rudolphi.
