Rohan Kamath is a 24-year-old engineering graduate, singer-songwriter from Mumbai. Music has always been a companion throughout for Rohan and his songwriting is a pure reflection of the same. He draws his influences from various genres such as Indie-Pop, acoustic folk, and indie/pop singer-songwriters like Ed Sheeran, The Local Train, WCMT, Damien Rice, etc. He attempts to express himself using ardent lyrics, a soothing melody, and his acoustic guitar to create tunes you’d be hooked on to. Having performed song-covers across various venues and social events in Mumbai during his college days, he stepped into the Indie music scene in 2021. Balancing his corporate job with his passion, he uses his weekends to work on his original music. Rohan released his debut single Paani and subsequently the second single Bas Ho Mere in 2021 which have collectively crossed over 800,000 streams across all platforms. His music has been featured on various editorial playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, and many other platforms. Rohan’s debut single was also a part of the Top 100 Tracks of 2021 from Fresh Finds India, a Spotify playlist featuring new and upcoming indie music. His music has also been featured in Music editorials such as Rolling Stone and TIMD. This only pushes him to release more of his original music in the future. Inspired by renowned artists Rachel Bloom and Lin Manuel Miranda, she creates candid performances that elicit a range of emotions from her audience, encompassing laughter, tears, and deep reflection. Jhansi's work explores themes such as youth, marriage, women's equality, aspirations, anxiety, desperation, and hope, resonating with people from all walks of life. Her versatility and relatability allow audiences to see their own stories reflected in her performances. She also gained recognition through her participation in the comedy show "Queens of Comedy," which aired on TLC, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.
