The journey to self discovery is not always achieved the moment we look to understand ourselves more. Rome wasn't built in a day. We decided to prioritize this topic this week because we've realized just how many women do not not know their own bodies; What does your vagina (vulva*) look like? Where is the anatomy of it located? What makes you feel good? If we don't know the answer to this question, how can we expect our partners too? We talk about the fake orgasm and how detrimental it can be to your sexual experiences. There is no shame in not climaxing. A large part of why we don't is because of shame...Because we are in our own heads. We talk about how there is NO SUCH THING as a perfect vagina because they were not designed to fit a societal norm. Your vagina is yours. When we understand ourselves internally and externally we can live more fulfilling lives in and out of the bedroom!
