To celebrate we watch another time-travel comedy, its The Voyage Home! Completing our Proper Episode rewatch of the Khan trilogy, join us as we discuss Bird of Prey schematics (obvs), unnecessary aquariums, the crew's questionable hygiene, and - for probably the 100th time - marvel at the comedy genius of Scotty at the aluminium factory. This week Chris uses AI to try and solve the mystery of a long-forgotten childhood film, and predictably AI gets it wrong. No matter, we watch Explorers anyway, a black hole in our collective nostalgia knowledge, in which Ethan Hawke, River Phoenix and some other guy make their film debuts, spend a long time building a spaceship, and then make first contact in the least climactic way possible.
