Brenda Mosby lost her sight at the age of 40, and she went through a personal journey to arrive at where she is now. Since she lost her sight, Brenda has earned a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, authored the book You Are Capable, and has traveled to five continents. Brenda is a job developer who helps People with Disabilities find employment, and is a certified Heal Your Life coach. The Brenda Fix features interviews with people within the Disability community, as well as personal messages of encouragement from Brenda. Also, expect advice and information regarding the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. The Brenda Fix is an audio podcast that currently releases every two weeks. Teri Wagner was born with cerebral palsy and her family moved to Denver when she was very young. Since the age of 11, Wagner has been a dancer, using a wheelchair. She completed 3 years of training with the Dancing Wheels Company and School in Cleveland, Ohio, traveled to Belgium to train and compete in wheelchair ballroom dance and she's a company dancer with Ballet Arts Theatre and Berthoud Dance Company. Teri has enjoyed dancing on stages throughout metro Denver and public school programs that help to bring an understanding of people with disabilities.

Jataya Taylor

Jataya Taylor enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2005, after being injured during training camp Taylor was diagnosed with a rare connective tissue disorder, Ehlers-Danos syndrome. Taylor was given a medical discharge and she eventually moved to Colorado. During this podcast, you'll hear Jataya's inspiring story about how she connected with others and found inspiration to pursue her love of fencing that took her to the 2024 Paralympics in Paris.
