Matt Fiddes is a respected expert in the international world of martial arts, fitness, and entrepreneurship. He first discovered a talent for martial arts at seven years old after being bullied at school. Five years later, he won his Black Belt. Leaving school at sixteen with no qualifications , Matt opened the first Matt Fiddes Martial Arts School in Barnstaple, North Devon, with just £100 in savings. Within no time, he had over 700 members and it became the largest martial arts school in the UK. Matt’s unique life skill and educational programs have been a massive success, with over 1500 MF schools across the UK/Europe, including Ireland, Germany, Holland, Australia, and South Africa. Fiona has been teaching preschool dance to 3-4 yr olds for 20 yrs, going from having no clue what to do with them, to LOVING this age group and having long waiting lists for her classes. She has developed her own method for creating themed classes that imaginatively flow and keep young students engaged. Using this experience and having mentored her own team to deliver magical early years classes, Fiona now teaches dance educators from around the world the planning method and tools they need to create their OWN pull-out and repeat class plans, along with a clear set of practical skills to master when carrying a class of 3-4 yr olds, so that they can create high demand for their classes and take advantage of working more daytime hours. Fiona has now helped over 100 dance educators with a starting point for teaching little ones. She believes that everyone can learn the skills needed for teaching this special age group.
