Despite being raised in Brisbane, Dave found himself at home in Queensland's shearing industry where he has spent the majority of his time working ever since. Even after an accident led to the amputation of his right arm, this didn't stop Dave from doing what he loved and he returned to the industry with the aid of prosthetic limbs, designed specifically for work in the Woolshed. In his early twenties, Hayden Ashton's life revolved around work and making as much money as he possibly could. However, with the world at his feet, he found that money couldn't buy happiness and decided to hit the road with his family for a short road trip to escape it all and get away for a while. Since then, the families lives have never been the same, as they now live full time on the road travelling across Australia in a caravan. Hayden now has a new mission in life too - playing his guitar and singing at campsites and pubs around Australia with every cent made going towards Make A Wish Foundation. Andrew Chapman has been photographing rural Australia (in particular woolsheds) since the 1970's, and has released a number of books on the topic since that time. He has also photographed a number of iconic Australian Politicians and musicians from across the world (among many other subjects) and he has no doubt been a huge influence on my own photography career. Andrew has an enormous amount of knowledge on the history of wool in Australia and it was a privilege to have him share it on the show during our chat. At only 25 years old, Matt Williams has experienced a lot. From his early days growing up in Rural Victoria, Matt later joined the army and was eventually deployed to Afghanistan. After returning, Matt was later told on his 22nd birthday he had brain cancer. Through all this hardship, Matt has remained incredibly positive and humble despite dealing with his illness on a daily basis, and now shares his story on his Instagram account which has now over 20 thousand followers. Jordan might just be the funniest man I've ever met. From his early days growing up in Far North Queensland, Jordan was no stranger to hard work. However life had him destined for bigger things, with dreams of being an actor since he was young. He has since moved to the Gold Coast and starred in roles such as the Australian war epic "Danger Close: The Battle of Long Tan" alongside some of the biggest names in the Australian film industry. Most people however are familiar with him now for his social media page "Angry Christmas Productions" which has clocked over millions of views for his hilarious videos that he has written, directed and starred in.
