Ep. 63. Things have been pretty calm for Niamh and Kevin lately. The only chaos going on is lots of sneezing and dreams about penguins breaking phones. Niamh has made the decision to begin Mindset Coaching. This is her third form of "therapy" and she talks about how it feels to need external help when it comes to your mental health. Her and Kevin discuss how it's okay to ask for help and that needing external help doesn't mean that you are failing - it just means to can't do it all on your own.
