Ben Singh PhD x Exercise As Medicine

Recent research out of the University of South Australia has shown that exercise is 1.5 times more effective than counseling and the leading medications for mental health. I COULDN’T believe this when I heard it, so I looked it up and then emailed the head researcher: Dr Ben Singh. This weeks episode is with him, and he’s telling us about his research on over 100 thousand people and the astounding results.
