This week Ninazu, Radar and Nij talk life, games, WOW, TV and DLC. The show opens with Radar talking Passport renewal nightmares and then Nij recaps wedding shenanigans and uncontrollable children and random cold calls on his HOUSE PHONE?!?!? In games open with hilarity of Among us Vr, then Nij and Nin talk World of Warcraft old and new, Radar talks the kungfurific Sifu, the introspective Citizen Sleeper and the galactic supply chain game Dyson Sphere Program. Nin Also talks a little Chained Echoes. In geek talk we cover the ok and hella gamey Peripherals tv show and the insanely good Last of us TV show. Topic of the week: Best DLC we have ever played. This week sees the entire cast united for the first time. They said it couldn't be done, they said it shouldn't be done, they were probably right. Jay, Radar, Nij, Nin and Viper open the show with stories of new members of the family, the challenges of being ill througout the festive period, old school Lan parties and more. This week we throw the usual template out the window, as Ninazu (woop he is back), Nijinsky, Radar and (kinda) Viper bring you their picks for Game of the year, Tv show of the year and Film of the year. Its a most excellent show with all hosts firing on all cylinders bringing out all their favourite picks, more than a few of which are huge surprises. This week Nij and Radar dad out on video games and such. The show opens with Radar selling Nij on the Quest 2, then Nij sold his brother on it and the dominos fell all over the place. Nij talks about his sons broken leg, a new dog (possibly) and Radar talks about Nativity plays and being a VR pusher. In geek culture talk Nijinsky finally finishes the final book in the lord of the rings trilogy, and Radar goes on and on about the Game Awards and how absurd 2023 is looking for games games games baby! We open with talking about the origins of his name (much akin to Batmans origin story), Radar talks about the realisation that he is now an adult for real, and Viper cries gently in the corner. This week Nijinsky and Radarhead bring the fun. Nij opens with a hilarious story about revenge gone wrong, then belabours being a manager to a 6 year olds football team (that isn't doing to well...). Radar talks about his daddy and son day and getting as many browny points with a mummys boy as possible (and then regretting it later). In games Radar talks the soul destroying PUBG and the addictive and pretty godamn awesome Marvel SNAP and Nijinsky talks World of Warcraft..... Oof. In geek talk Radar talks up Andor as one of the best produced TV programs he has ever seen, and Nij mentions the Warcraft Movie.... Seeing a pattern? The subject of the week: Black Friday? This week Nijinsky, TheLonelyViper and Radarhead are joined by Scott Albright the CEO of Combat Waffle studios and the creative lead on the very promising VR Ghosts of Tabor. The show opens with Scott telling us all about his storied past, Combat Waffle Studios and then giving us various details about the Ghosts of Tabor. He talks the design decisions, gameplay loop, previous game inspirations (Escape from Tarkov being the key one) and a multitude of other juicy details and insights. The guys then talk through what they have been playing in the last few weeks, Radar talks into the Radious, Nijinsky talks more Zwift racing, Viper talks Contractor mods and Scott tells about his friends up and coming game (working title) project Theta (not to be confused with planet theta!). In geek talk Radar spoiler free reviews Black Panther 2, Viper talks more Andor (SO GODAMN GOOD WATCH IT!!!), and a little more Chainsaw Man.
