The report stated that Miller noticed "strange activity" and believed people were following or watching her. Authorities are investigating the possible involvement of more suspects in the murder of the three surfers in Mexico, according to the Baja California state attorney general. María Andrade said law enforcement have zeroed in on an unspecified number of alleged accomplices in connection to the killing of Australian brothers Callum Robison, 33, and Jake Robinson, 30, and their California friend Jack Carter Rhoad, 30, last week in the Pacific coast seaside town of Ensenada. 'We have more people considering that they could have participated in the investigation,' Andrade told Milenio news outlet on Monday. 'I couldn't tell you the number due to secrecy at this time.' The attorney general's remarks were made just a day after the families identified the bodies of the surfers.

Police on Tuesday released more information on the death of Mica Miller, the wife of a South Carolina pastor whose body was found in the water at Lumber River State Park late last month. Miller, 30, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Robeson County medical examiner Dr. Richard Johnson told local news station WPDE-TV on Monday. She was found dead at the North Carolina park on April 27. Two incident reports from March 11 detail Miller's statements about a man following and harassing her, and deflating her car tires. She reported hearing a pop and saw metal protruding from her tire, according to one report. The metal was a tire deflation device, Horry County police in South Carolina said. Miller provided a name—which was redacted in the report—of someone who she believed was responsible, WPDE reported. Husband of missing Florida women arrested at Miami airport by FBI FORT LAUDERDALE — The estranged husband of a Florida woman who disappeared three months ago in Spain has been charged by U.S. federal agents with her kidnapping. The FBI and other federal agents arrested David Knezevich at Miami International Airport on Saturday. The Fort Lauderdale resident is charged in connection with the Feb. 2 disappearance of his 40-year-old wife, Ana Knezevich, from the Madrid apartment where she had been staying since shortly after their separation last year. David Knezevich, a 36-year-old business owner originally from Serbia, briefly appeared in Miami federal court Monday and will have a bond hearing Friday. “The Spanish National Police, Customs and Border Protection, the Diplomatic Security Service, and the FBI continue their investigation. (NewsNation) — A South Carolina woman who was found dead in a North Carolina state park of an apparent gunshot wound to her head had previously told police in March after a series of harassment incidents that she feared for her life. “The victim advised me she was afraid for her life,” Horry County Police Department Officer Nick D’Amocamtonio wrote in an incident report from March 11. Ensenada Mexico: 3 surfers bodies recovered, a robbery gone bad. Relatives have positively identified the bodies found in Baja California as the two Australians and a San Diego man who disappeared last weekend, Mexican officials said Sunday. Since the victims' relatives identified them, genetic testing is not needed to confirm their identities, according to the State Attorney General's Office of Baja California. The corpses were decomposing after the thieves dumped them into a remote well about 50 feet (15 meters) deep, some 4 miles (6 kilometers) from where the foreigners were killed. The well also contained a fourth cadaver that had been there much longer. The cause of death for the three bodies recovered in Baja California on Friday was ruled a shooting, the medical examiner's office in Ensenada said on Sunday. OKLAHOMA CITY -- Two Kansas women who vanished as they tried to pick up children for a birthday party two weeks ago were killed over a custody dispute involving a group of anti-government Oklahomans calling themselves “God’s Misfits,” authorities said Monday. Their vehicle was found March 30 along a rural Oklahoma highway with ample evidence of a bloody confrontation, setting off a multi-agency effort to secure the children’s safety while searching for the women and avoiding more violence. Veronica Butler, 27, and Jilian Kelley, 39, of Hugoton, Kansas, had arranged with the grandmother of Butler’s two children to meet at a highway intersection on the morning of March 30 and pick up the 6- and 8-year-old. “This case did not end the way we had hoped. It’s certainly been a tragedy for everyone involved,” Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Director Aungela Spurlock said. The four people arrested Saturday on charges of kidnapping and first-degree murder are the grandmother, Tifany Adams, 54; her boyfriend Tad Cullum, 43; Cora Twombly, 44; and her husband Cole Twombly, 50. All meet regularly with several others in a group they call “God’s Misfits,” their arrest affidavits said. Relatives of Tad Cullum and the Twomblys did not immediately return phone messages seeking comment. Tifany Adams’ stepmother, Elise Adams, said she had no information on the case. Butler’s family found the vehicle just a few miles from the meet-up spot after the women missed the party in Kansas. It was a gruesome scene. “Blood was found on the roadway and the edge of the roadway. Butler’s glasses were also found in the roadway south of the vehicle, near a broken hammer. 5th person arrested in connection with deaths of Kansas Moms TEXAS COUNTY, Okla. — A fifth person was charged with multiple felonies in connection to the murder of two Kansas mothers in the Oklahoma Panhandle. Paul Grice was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of kidnapping and one count of conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree. His charges came after four other people, 43-year-old Tad Cullum, 54-year-old Tifany Adams, 50-year-old Cole Twombly, and 44-year-old Cora Twombly, were charged in the case. According to an affidavit, a relative of the Twomblys told investigators that Grice was part of an anti-government group with a religious affiliation called "God's Misfits" along with the other four suspects. The relative also said they were told that Grice played a role in the deaths of Veronica Butler and Jillian Kelley, two mothers who disappeared from Texas County in late March.
