Discovering I was an introvert carried a domino affect on my life as I finally new why I constantly felt so drained when I spent a long time in large social environments and how I could manoeuvre in future to ensure I did not continue to feel this way all the time.

In this episode we explore the nature of our habits, and highlight ways to identify our triggers in order to create better habits in future. This is a guide on how to 'Starve Your Distractions, Feed Your Focus'. These are things that have helped improve my life exponentially.
