This was a really special moment for me. In this episode I chat to the one and only Bressie. Niall Breslin is an Irish musician, former Gaelic footballer and Leinster rugby player. He is best known as the lead singer of the band the Blizzards. But these days, Bressie has been focusing his energy on making an incredible difference in the area of mental health. Currently undertaking his PHD, Bressie holds a masters in mindfulness based interventions. He is also the host of the multi award winning podcast 'Where is my mind?' As well as being a speaker and author, Bressie is the co-founder of the mental health charity 'A Lust for Life', which now focuses very much on early intervention through their schools programme where they are teaching young people the skills to look after their mental health.
