Zahir Khan: Something Called Realisation

1/15/2023
Zahir Says: I looked for something outside myself – some mystical state I thought would make my life work – and I traveled and drifted for years in search of it. Life was failing, and in order to make it better, I thought I needed to get enlightened. The story of me contained pain and suffering and I wanted it to stop. I wanted the house, the car, the beautiful wife, the ability to look my peers in the eyes and feel their equal. To be a man. So, to do this, I undertook a myriad of methods, teachers and schools. In the end, it meant nothing. It was a story just like any other – nothing special, yet the joy of realizing that I was what I’d always wanted to be, let the pain go and it was realized that there had never been pain – just an idea of it. Even seeking was perfect, because it was life and life, with its ups and downs, is perfect. It is a question and answer and it is us, not separate or something special. We can’t separate from life anymore then we can separate from ourselves, and even those who argue that we are separate know it’s just an idea – a thought – and it’s an idea that they struggle to drop. JUST DROP IT. Now Zahir sees he always was what he sought, even when he was looking for it, and so are you. If you feel you need to know that, then fine, and if there is no need to know, that’s fine too. Different colours, same rainbow. https://www.fallingintothemystery.com/ For more on Amba Love: https://www.ambalovecoaching.com/ Music Richard Sapasoff: Fear not, for I am with you.

Ishtar Howell : Encountering Samadhi

8/19/2022
Ishtar is a meditation teacher, monk, gardener, intuitive, and writer. As a 13 year old he experienced an NDE, which, shortly thereafter, propelled him on a spiritual path. At 18, he learned a meditation practiced called the Ishayas’ Ascension, and entered an ashram centered on the practice, spending long periods of time in meditative retreat, putting in long hours of service work, and teaching meditation classes around the world. In 2008, he left his monastic organization and then took an extended break from meditation teaching and attended University. Tom Das

5/20/2022
This conversation with Tom Das triggered in me a type of judgemental nature that can arise here, particularly towards spiritual teachers. I allowed this to be expressed in our meeting, and I felt Tom Das' response was very simple, grounded, humble and practical. My prayer for all who desire it, is for us to hold on to nothing, no ideas of a you and me, a right and wrong and allow our nature of freedom to be expressed as it wishes each and every moment. All is Grace. <3 For more information about Tom Das https://tomdas.com/ For more information on Amba's work: https://www.ambalovecoaching.com/

Unmani: Endless Opening

4/29/2022
Unmani is originally from the UK, but has lived a nomadic life in many countries around the world from the age of 18. Since Unmani was a child, she has never identified with being a separate individual, and always felt deeply at one with life. But as her environment did not reflect this Oneness, she felt lost and alone, as if she had been dropped on an alien planet. Truth was always her only passion and reason for living. She spent years traveling around the world in search of the truth. Eventually Unmani’s wake up call was answered when she met the Zen master, Dolano. Unmani finally woke up out of self-doubt and confusion, and acknowledged her true nature as that same Oneness that she had always known since she was a child. In 2013 she met her husband, the wonderful musician, and courageous lover of life, Robert Hanuman. In 2015 their son, Sky, was born. For Unmani, becoming a mother, continues to be an endless awakening to this very human life. On 3rd January 2018, Robert Hanuman died suddenly from a heart attack while they were in India. This has been, and continues to be, a heartbreaking loss for Unmani and Sky. Robert Hanuman’s presence deeply influenced Unmani’s teaching, and in the time they were together it evolved into a more human expression of the courage to live the paradox of the Absolute, living as this human. Robert put Unmani’s words to his beautiful classical guitar music and Unmani still plays his songs at her meetings. Unmani has been holding meetings and retreats all over the world for since 2003, and in this time people have been deeply touched by her work: She meets each person exactly where they are at, and in whatever they need at the time, while at the same time holding them in the truth of who they really are beyond it all. This combination, and paradox, of the personal and impersonal, brings so much depth, openness and healing to people’s lives. They wake up to who they really are, and discover how this is lived and integrated into their daily lives.

Ananta Garg: Your Own Divinity Is Guiding You

4/22/2022
In editing this podcast I was tempted to edit out a lot of my own speaking as I felt like I wasn't listening properly etc. I left it all in unedited as it flowed as a way to expose the false in me, be transparent and be in integrity with myself. Ananta has been a huge inspiration to me and really guides all that I do from inside my heart. His direct pointing still sometimes bothers aspects of my mind, but what He points to is alive within and is taking care of all that arises. I feel his directness can cut through any mind play if you are open to that. Ananta (born, Tapan Garg) is a disciple of spiritual Guru, Sri Mooji. His quest for self-realization began in 1998, at the age of 23. He spent the initial few years involved with Sri Sri Ravishankar's Art of Living Foundation. At one point, he seriously contemplated becoming a teacher of the Art of Living, but life led him in a different direction when he came across the teachings of Nisargadatta Maharaj and later, Bhagawan Ramana Maharshi and Sri HWL Poonja (Papaji). He was deeply inspired by Nisargadatta's book "I Am That". He also spent some time with Ramesh Balsekar and occasionally attended his satsangs in Mumbai. The search for Truth finally led him to his Guru Sri Mooji in January 2009. The instant Ananta met Mooji he felt a deep sense of having come home. He experienced a complete sense of surrender to Mooji and in his Presence, he discovered all that he was seeking. With Mooji's blessings, Ananta has been sharing Satsang since 2013. https://anantasatsang.org/

Lisa Natoli: Welcoming Pain

4/15/2022
https://www.lisanatoli.com After 6 years of struggling with sickness, physical symptoms and pain (what the doctors eventually diagnosed as "an incurable autoimmune disease") Lisa made a decision in October 2018 to stop being a sick person. She decided that with whatever remaining time she had left, she would be happy. Lisa decided to welcome and love everything exactly as it appeared. With defenses gone, an awakening to Self occurred, along with healing. Because of this experience, which is so ordinary, down-to-earth, practical and not-mystical at all, Lisa shares her practices and teaches healing as a natural ability that can be learned by anyone who is willing to see things differently. She wants everyone to know for themselves how simple healing is. Lisa has been A Course in Miracles student and teacher for 25 years and follows the nondual, direct path of Advaita Vedanta. She is the creator and facilitator of The Healing Cure, her 8-week online course designed to help anyone end sickness and suffering forever by simply recognizing their True Self.
