Recently I spent a weekend in Portland, Maine , a place I had never been. I was determined to disconnect and be present to fully immerse myself in the culture of Portland. It is an interesting time in the spirits industry, in a post covid world. There are articles coming out all the time offering perspectives from suppliers and wholesalers, but nothing from the people on the ground level in retail stores.
