Heeyy yall!! Last week we kicked off the Parenting Series talking about The Dismissive Mom. So many moms were blessed by that message and even reached out afterwards. Some of them are still reaching out. What I would like to say is that I am so proud of you all for having the courage to listen in, and having the desire to take action, heal, and be better for not only your kids but for yourself. As we mentioned last week. It’s not that we don’t want to be good parents, sometimes it’s just that we feel we don’t know how to and as a result we don’t. I want you who are listening in to take this opportunity to forgive your parents and grandparents for what they didn’t know. Many of them did the best with what they had and were given. Does this make it okay? No. however as parents, and as a mom, what I realized is that I have to extend the same grace that I would hope and pray my children will extend to me one day because they fact of the matter is that we are all still figuring it out. So tonight’s message is for those of you who is like, I never had the model. I don’t even know where to start. I don’t know how to be a mom or a parent.

Heeyyy yall! What I know about God is that He is not only concerned with the material and the outer blessings, He’s concerned with us as a whole. God want us thriving in every area, starting with our family. Not enough people in ministry are talking about how to be better parents. As a result, we are left to raise broken children being raised by broken parents, who were once broken children. We pray all the time about breaking generational curses, however we have to put some action behind those prayers. I know I always say that our bible studies are for everyone, including those without children, however if you don’t have children yet, you may want to stick around because, if i knew in advance what to do and what not to do, I would have been better for it. I will warn you, or say: Trigger Warning This is not intended to crush you in spirit, the intention is to bring awareness which will bring about change and transformation. Knowledge is power. The bible says in all thy getting, get understanding. Heeyyy yall!!! Matthew 6:33 has been a trending scripture for some time now, however for those of you who stand on the Word of God already know how much of a powerful tool this verse is. Matthew 6:33 talks about: [33] But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. How many of us when we read that scripture we stop on the seek ye first the kingdom of God, and forget about rest of the scripture that reads & His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you. The second half of the scripture is just as important as seek ye first the kingdom of God. Stick with me, and I’ll tell you why. #seekfirstthekingdomofgod #propheticword #singlemom

Heeeyyy yall, Happy April! As you all know we are not only in a new month, but we have also entered a new quarter. Quarter 2 is from April to June. Quarter 1 was January to March. When we look back over our past three months, what are three words that describe your quarter 1? How was it? How did it feel? How did it look? How were your relationships? How was your mental health? How were your finances? How did you spend your money? How was your self-care? How was your parenting? For many of us, January gave us a fresh start, but for some of us, the pressure of a new year made us want to give up or even just coast from month to month. I’m pretty sure some of us can look back and see where we could have done things differently. However we are not here tonight to make anyone feel bad about the past. We are on here tonight to see how we can move differently so that we can obtain differently from this month and beyond. Heeyyy yall, I came across a quote that reads: Living with fear stops us from taking risks, and if you don't go out on the branch, you're never going to get the best fruit. And another quote by Dr. Ruth Westheimer that reads “...in order for the turtle to move, it has to stick its neck out. There are going to be times in your life when you’re going to have to stick your neck out. There will be challenges and instead of hiding in a shell, you have to go out and meet them.” If we could all take inventory on our lives and look at the number of times we’ve taken risks, what would we come out with? How many times can you honestly say you’ve stepped outside of your comfort zone and taken a risk? Do you have a track record of doing so? Risks means taking a chance, trying something new, and possibly failing or succeeding. The big part here is possibly failing, many of us don’t want to fail so instead we stay where it’s comfortable in order to avoid failing. However taking risks and chances is one of the most crucial ways of advancing in skills, gaining knowledge as well as experience. Heeyyy yall!! As we look back over the past years of our lives and we see things that happened and things that didn’t happen, oftentimes, we point the finger, or oftentimes we blame God for the things that did not happen according to our plan. I heard God say that everything that we have been praying for, everything that we have been believing God for that is in alignment with his will, will work if we work it. Tonight’s message my not be the most comfortable message as it’s certainly going to challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone or whatever is comfortable to you.

Heeyyy yall! I’ve been hearing the phrase Recover All for some time now, however here recently God released to me, specifically over the moms, that this will be the ERA where we recover ALL. We all have been through storms, fires, and rain, some hurricanes, some tornadoes. Some of us have taken so many losses we can’t keep count, whether it be family members, money, houses, cars, clothes, people, relationships, I am sure we all have a testimony or story of how we have taken a loss some way somehow. However, I hear the Lord saying it is time to grab your tissue, and dry your eyes because you are now stepping into your season of recovery. This message may not be everybody’s word, however it’s for the people whose been praying that God will come and restore, revive, pay the back what the devil stole. It’s even for the ones who took a major hit and don’t even have the words to pray. You are about to recover all! #theprayingsinglemom #roadtorecovery #propheticword

Heeyyy yall!!! Happy Tuesday!! If we all don’t have anything else in common, one thing that I know we have in common is the desire to receive confirmation from God when we pray or pursue something. However, many of us know that waiting on confirmation from God can sometimes feel daunting and uneasy. Another thing is that all of us are very alert in the Spirit, and may not be able to tell when God sends signs of confirmation. This does not mean that there’s anything wrong with you, neither does that mean that God isnt speaking to you. That could simply mean that you must be more intentional about being sensitive to Holy Spirit and seeing as well as hearing how God does. Some people may take it as far as saying, God doesn’t speak to them. That’s a lie from the enemy because we know that God is always speaking. It’s a matter of us hearing, seeing, and understanding when and how He speaks as well as when He sends confirmation. Tune in to this latest episode!

Heyyy yall, Last Tuesday, we kicked off a series for the ladies, called To be Loved & we led with a teaching called Becoming a High Value Woman. We received a lot of great feedback on how so many women's mindsets and perspectives were changed. As many of you are waiting on your God-ordained spouse, some of you are already in relationships, some of you don’t desire to be in relationships at all, and then there’s some of us who are working on ourselves trying to become the best version of us to ensure we don’t keep making the same relational decisions over and over. It’s so easy to go out and find a book on what love is, and how to find it, but it’s rare that you hear people talking about what love isn’t. _____ Tonight’s Topic: What Love Isn’t Tonight’s Scripture: 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Heeyyy yall! Happy Pre-Valentine’s Day beautiful ladies! I pray that you ladies enjoy yourselves, single or taken. Tonight we’re kicking off a series for the ladies, called To be Loved. In today’s society, there are so many relationship experts and gurus that teach on love, and how to be found, and how to find your person, while all of that is good, we never want to stray away from the original intent and purpose of love. And to be honest, how can we love properly and correctly without first doing one of the most important prerequisites which is to love ourselves.

Heyyy Yall! In a world, era, time, or even a season where we all seem to be after something, whether it be love, whether it be money, wealth, being a mom, being famous successful, whatever it is, I believe that we must remember to take inventory of who and what we are in pursuit of, and remember to never give anyone or anything the position that God should have in your life. Many of us have made so many idols in our lives, whether we believe it or not. However, in order to shoot down those idols, and give God back His rightful place in your life, we gotta be real and true & acknowledge the idolatry, as well as identify it. I know I am not the only one who’s been in situations, especially this past year and even this past month where it seems not only have you been tested, but it seems as if your faith has been tested on every side as well as your character, as well as how you handle yourself in the heat of a moment. There’s something about 2024 that feels different. I can’t quite put my finger on it, however what I can say is that as for me, I have not felt an urge to make so many different plans this year. Of course I wrote out goals, however I am open to allowing God to be God this year.
