While in Amman, Jordan, to teach the Book of Acts, Dr. Weaver interviewed Pastor Hani Nuqul about the needs and challenges of the church in Jordan. Did you know that there are only 8 believers for every 10,000 people in Jordan and only 65 - 70 churches in the entire country? Listen to learn and pray more intelligently! Hani Nuqul, a pastor in Jordan, shares his background and experiences in the Christian community in Jordan. He discusses the challenges of living and ministering in a country where it is illegal to publicly evangelize or convert from Islam. He emphasizes the importance of long-term relationships and personal connections. Hani also highlights the need for solid biblical teaching and the work that the National Theological College and Graduate School is doing to that end. He shares his experiences with ministering to Iraqi refugees. He says that the greatest need in Jordan is for faithful, qualified, and godly church leaders.
