The Marvel-less Miss is Rachel

Will Rachel finally enjoy an Avengers movie!? Not really but it's the closest we've ever got! She makes an involuntary "yuck" noise several times when Hulk and Captain America is mentioned. I mean, I get it! Anyway, we're almost done with this phase! Who cares!

We're back from a break! We JUMP into 'Ant Man and The Wasp' (pun not intended because 'jump' isn't a pun in this context). This episode was recorded 4-5 months ago so we talk about things that are wildly dated but hey, just don't care about that and we won't either! Also Rachel almost liked this one! We're in the zone. We tricked Sadie from Speedy Ortiz into watching Black Widow with us. We talk bad (good?) Russian accents, the juice, face swapping for fun and profit, and of course we dive into another one of these fucking movies! Holy crap! For the second time ever, Rachel ALMOST liked one of these movies! We talk about why this one is so good and the other's are not and why we will always ask for our sandwiches to be smooshed down when ordering. Strongly suspect this will be Rachel's favorite of all of them but time will tell and tell, will surely, time.

We watched the 3rd Captain America movie and talk about the band O-Town serenading Zoe the same night Marisa Tomei told Robin she looked beautiful. We talk about what dogs understand, and reluctantly, also about this movie. Everyone loves lil' baby Spider-Man but oh boy, this was a stinker. Anyway, hey, how are you?

The final film of the 2nd phase! Did Rachel almost like it!? Maaaaaybe! We talk a lot about ants. Ants, just like, the idea of ants. Anyway, I do think this is a good episode.

Oh boy! We watched the second Monster Mash! This movie was 2 hours of identical robots and our time on earth is short! Did Rachel finally like one of them? You have to listen to find out! But also, obviously, no, she didn't. Cool cool cool.

We watch the 2nd Thor film and talk about which infinity stone we would eat if we could only eat one and also how gross we think it is that Chris Hemsworth kissed his wife in a wig instead of kissing Natalie Portman. Some of us, against all odds, really liked this one! How?

We watched Guardians of The Galaxy! We talk about Christmas, cubes, spheres, and each of us gets briefly overwhelmed by the power of friendship. Did Rachel like it? Did googa problems break our stride? You have to listen to find out you old so and so!
