It has been said that Jesus is the greatest teacher of the law. Many would come to him and say, 'How can we enter into your kingdom?' We assume Jesus would give them the gospel. But if you read these passages, it sounds like law because he tells them to obey the law and live. The baptism debate. Typically, when we hear this, we cringe because it's not really done well; there are a lot of strawmen. We don't represent each other's side well, and it becomes heated and emotional. We don't want to do that today.
