Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints are often asked why there are no crosses on our churches or why our members don't seem to wear them. Although there is no official reason for this, it has caused many members to speculate as to why that is. The talk by Jeffrey R. Holland, Lifted Up Upon the Cross, given at the October 2022 general conference is our main reference. But we also challenge all those who do wear the cross to reflect on why they wear it and what it means to them.

This week we are discussing Elder Stevenson's talk Nourishing and Bearing Your Testimony and Sister Browning's talk Seeing More of Jesus Christ in Our Lives from the October 2022 General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Elder Stevenson asks four questions: Do I know what a testimony is? Do I know how to bear my testimony? What are the obstacles in sharing my testimony? and How do I keep my testimony? As we studied these talks, a fifth question arose: Why do I share my testimony?
